5. Reimbursement Policy

We process reimbursement requests based on the type of offering, aiming to address concerns promptly.

5.1 Services

If you cancel a scheduled session at least 48 hours before, you qualify for a full reimbursement. Cancellations between 24 and 48 hours incur a 50% fee. Cancellations less than 24 hours before cannot be accommodated. Requests must be made via contact form.

Approved reimbursements are processed within 14 days and issued using the original payment method or by bank transfer. Service bookings may be shifted to another date up to 24 hours before the session.

5.2 Information Products

Due to immediate access, digital products are eligible for reimbursement only if requested within 7 days of purchase and provided no more than 20% of the content has been accessed. After that period or usage threshold, purchases are final. Approved reimbursements are processed within 14 days.

Digital licenses cannot be assigned or shared.

5.3 Physical Goods

Physical items may be sent back within 30 days of delivery in original condition. Initiate a sending-back request via contact form. Shipping for sending back is the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is defective. After we receive and inspect the goods, reimbursements are processed within 14 days via the original payment method.

5.4 Non-Reimbursable Cases

Custom legal templates or bespoke registrations are non-reimbursable due to tailored work completion. This is communicated at the time of purchase. Such offerings are created specifically for you and cannot be reused.

6. Modifications

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after updates implies acceptance.

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
